Job Title: BIM Project Coordinator

The role of a BIM Project Coordinator is to support the creation, updating and revision of BIM models throughout the project life cycle. This involves working closely with the BIM Manager to ensure the integrity and quality of the models.

BIM Model Deliverables

  • Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models.
  • Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.

Model Development

  • Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-Based quantification and 4D simulation.
  • Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for additional BIM-Based deliverables such as 5D Progress Evaluation and 6D Asset and Facility Management.

Problem Solving

  • Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in any of M&E Discipline/ Engineering / Construction related disciplines.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of local experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Experience in BIM software / tools.
  • Working experience in Revit and Navisworks is preferred.
