About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Reward Manager to join our team at FERRERO ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. as a FAP Reward and HR Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for reward programs and HR administration services across 11 countries in the Region Ferrero Asia Pacific (FAP).
  • Collaborate with the Area Reward and Region FAP HR Manager to define policies, remunerative plans, and benefit management in alignment with Ferrero Group policies.
  • Manage budgets and cost components related to salaries, pension plans, STI, LTI, insurance, and benefits, in collaboration with the regional operations team and Finance department.
  • Ensure proper payroll management and timely administration in compliance with Local labour law, regulations, and individual labour agreement.
  • Plan and implement special HR projects related to worktime, administration, reward matters in coordination with the cluster teams, FAP HR Manager, and Area Reward.
  • Manage relationships with local authorities and government bodies, including Social Security organizations, Work Councils, Labour offices, Health / Pension Institutions, Tax Authorities, and others.
  • Define standard contract terms and manage economic offers and contracts with respective teams, analyzing new contract compliance in line with Group / Local policies and legal constraints.
  • Implement local benefit programs, including medical coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, pension plan, etc.
  • Act as a reference point for all labor legal and fiscal issues, managing fiscal assistance provided to employees by tax external advisors.
  • Manage seconded personnel, collaborating with the Group Expat Unit and Region HR Manager to provide induction and assistance in respective matters.
  • Manage relationships with external providers to maximize service level, managing respective contracts in collaboration with General Purchasing function.
  • Provide efficient management of SAP HR and other office systems to manage correct allocation of resources and related calculations.
  • Ensure compliance and contribute to the management of activities for internal and external audit.
  • Manage timely and accurate reporting and analysis on respective matters.
  • Monitor and analyze local market trends and evaluate external competitiveness to drive the local Reward strategy.
  • Manage team members, their competence, and careers development and empowerment in line with Ferrero Group values and principles.
Requirements
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in HR administration, payroll, and rewards with a good knowledge of legal principles and requirements.
  • International experience and/or experience in multinational, matrix organization is a plus.
  • Detail and result-oriented candidate with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • High process and project management ability, adaptability, and flexibility, hands-on approach is required.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, proactivity, effective time management with high adaptability to changing environment.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, stakeholder management, cross-teams collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, SAP HR proficiency.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken. Any other language is considered a plus.
