Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored advice to business units on all compensation and performance-related processes, systems, and/or projects.
  • Liaise with BU leaders on incentives and salary reviews, developing proposals for new hires among others.

  • Lead benchmarking surveys and make appropriate recommendations based on the results gathered.
