Job Description

The role of a Building Information Modelling Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Reviewing and organizing models and data collected from 3rd party sources
  • Assisting with QA/QC coordination and change order processing
  • Tracking multiple milestones through different phases of a project

Our ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works. They should also have excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent
  • Minimally 2 years' experience in building construction and project execution
  • Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
  • Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
  • Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
