Identity Management Service Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Management Service Lead to spearhead an enterprise-wide identity overhaul project. This onsite contract role will focus on repurposing and securing thousands of user and privileged accounts using CyberArk and SailPoint. The position offers strong potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of identity repurposing activities across thousands of accounts.
  • Implement and streamline identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access recertification.
  • Configure and manage CyberArk Privileged Access Management and SailPoint Identity Governance to address operational and compliance gaps.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders for alignment and fast decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation, security best practices, and IAM optimization.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in identity management and governance.
  • Strong technical skills in CyberArk and SailPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
