Job Title: Enterprise Identity Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Architect to design, implement and support enterprise-level identity management solutions.

  • Develop and customize identity management systems to meet business and security requirements.
  • Perform application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows and access policies.
  • Implement customizations to enhance user interfaces and usability.
  • Design and build composites for workflow automation and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years focused on Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
  • Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
  • Expertise in ADF and SOA Suite development.
  • Prior experience working with financial services customers, understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design and implementation.
  • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance tuning.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
