Identity Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise-level identity management solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle IAM, ADF, and SOA, as well as a strong track record of delivering solutions for financial services organizations. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements.
- Perform application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
- Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to enhance user interfaces and usability.
- Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Oracle IAM components and integrations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years focused on Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
- Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
- Strong expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
- Prior experience working with financial services customers, understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance tuning.
