We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for day-to-day identity and access management activities, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user identities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
  • Administer role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure appropriate entitlements.
  • Handle access requests and incidents in line with agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails for compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to support governance and risk-related requirements.
  • Participate in incident investigations and contribute to remediation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles.
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering continuous improvement.
