Construction Infrastructure Specialist Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Construction Systems Engineer to join our team. This full-time position will see you working onsite, overseeing the design, installation, and operation of mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects across Singapore.

This role involves supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. You will also liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on the progress of electrical work and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Other key responsibilities include attending technical and coordination meetings, handling and resolving technical and engineering problems, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, and collaborating with the project management team to identify and resolve any design or construction challenges.

Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical and electrical systems installations on construction sites and LTA projects
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management, design, and documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
