Keppel Infrastructure (KI) Corporate Development group partners KI's lines of business in the development of growth strategies and the end-to-end evaluation, execution and integration of new business and investment opportunities. Corporate Development also works with Keppel Capital and Keppel Corporation in the evaluation, execution and funding of such opportunities. As a junior member of the team, you will work under the guidance of seniors to:

- Support the team in all stages of the investment process including origination, execution and portfolio management
- Conduct market research and analysis on potential investment opportunities in line with KI’s focused growth areas
- Play a key role in the execution of deals, taking responsibility for building financial models and conducting due diligence
- Prepare investment papers and recommendations for investment approvals
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Related work experience in transaction / valuation advisory services would be advantageous
- Strong fundamental and technical analysis and critical thinking capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and key research databases
- Familiar with a range of analytical tools, databases, software relevant for investments and portfolio management
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- High drive for results and detail-oriented, balanced with ability to manage timelines and deliverables
- CFA/CPA (or equivalent) would be advantageous
