The role of IT Infrastructure Manager is a vital part of any organization.

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the technology infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking. They will also oversee the installation and maintenance of new systems and equipment, ensuring that they meet the organization's needs and standards.

This position requires a strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and network architecture. The successful candidate will have experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of new systems and equipment
  • Ensure that all systems and equipment are running efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all IT activities and projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and network architecture
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
