We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage infrastructure development projects from conception to completion.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices to minimize risk and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and represent them in the field with confidence.
- Oversee the overall quality control process, monitoring progress and reporting regularly on project status.
- Proven track record as an infrastructure development professional with experience in project management and supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
- Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in project management software.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Able to work effectively in multiple-discipline projects and teams.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Current qualifications and certifications relevant to the role.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
