We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a seamless stay experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, promptly handling their requests in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, performing cashiering duties and checking the cash float carefully.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally, responding to guest inquiries regarding transportation, directions, restaurant reservations, and more.
- Participate in upselling programs to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in Front Office operations with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
