About the Department

The Group Technology and Operations (GTO) division is responsible for delivering software and system development, providing information technology support services, and managing banking operations. We have centralized and standardized our technological components in Singapore, establishing a global framework that supports our regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide. Our operations span 19 countries, ensuring a secure and adaptable banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions focus on delivering transactional customer services while emphasizing cost efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and streamlined processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute customer requests within the Card Services Financial Payment domain, including Fund Transfers, SmartPay, Cashplus Instalment Loans, and Cardholder Payments.
  • Ensure all requests are completed accurately and within the established Service Level Agreement.
  • Address and resolve customer and business unit feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance productivity, risk management, efficiency, and service quality within the team.
  • Assist in digitization initiatives led by management and undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking Operations.
  • Open to entry-level candidates, with training provided.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
