About the Department

The Group Technology and Operations (GTO) division is responsible for delivering software and system development, IT support services, and banking operations. By centralizing and standardizing technology components in Singapore, GTO has established a robust global framework that supports regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide. This infrastructure is designed to ensure secure and flexible banking services across 19 countries.

Our Operations divisions are dedicated to providing transactional customer services while emphasizing cost efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and streamlined processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests related to the Card Services Financial Payment functions, including Fund Transfers, SmartPay, Cashplus Instalment Loans, and Cardholder Payments.
  • Ensure all requests are completed accurately and within the established Service Level Agreements.
  • Address and resolve feedback, complaints, and inquiries from customers and business units in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing productivity, risk management, efficiency, and service quality within the team.
  • Assist in management-driven digitization initiatives and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking Operations.
  • Open to entry-level candidates, with training provided.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
