Job Title: Senior Officer, Account Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our Account Services team at United Overseas Bank. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the handling of consumer loans processing, working closely with the Disbursement Team Lead to ensure accuracy and meet SLA turnaround time for all daily processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support in the handling of consumer loans processing
  • Work actively with Team Lead to support the loan disbursement process and migration project of customer's segment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and ensure no occurrence of operational errors with financial loss or customer impact
  • Work actively with Team Lead to ensure compliance of ORSA / GCESA and risk control descriptions
  • Work closely with Team Lead and ensure prompt escalation of any issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum a recognized Degree in relevant field
  • Good knowledge of MS office and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Able to provide constructive feedbacks on any operation matters related to loan processing
  • Independent and reliable to complete tasks effectively and efficiently to achieve goals
  • Pleasant personality, co-operative and approachable
