Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive to join our team at KIRSCH PHARMA ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through new business development activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities, including internal referrals, tradeshows, direct mailing, advertising, and cold-calling on key industry players.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers in managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, including the issuance of quotations and booking of orders.
  • Interface with prospects to understand their purchase decisions, decision-making processes, and criteria, and provide support to meet their needs.
  • Meet assigned order amount goals and prepare sales reports, which include tracking order amounts, demand forecasting, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service/Purchasing Teams to understand workflows and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Food Technology, or equivalent, and 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 1 year of sales experience in a direct sales position.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English, Chinese languages.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary commensurate with experience: SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.
