We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate banking transformation program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing core banking transformation projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for transforming our corporate lending business, focusing on process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver target-state processes across the corporate lending lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage expertise in FIS ACBS configuration to translate corporate banking requirements into functional configurations and specifications.
  • Analyze current-state processes and identify areas for improvement, developing recommendations for process redesign and implementation.
  • Serve as the functional workstream lead, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage dependencies with surrounding systems and collaborate with vendors, IT, and integration teams to validate solutions.
  • Support program governance through regular updates, risk/issue management, and preparation of decision papers for steering committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking within the financial services industry, with a focus on lending and syndicated loans.
  • Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, functional design, implementation, or support).
  • At least 3 years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval processes, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project coordination, ideally within multi-vendor and multi-country transformation environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
