Lending Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Lending Functional Lead to join our Core Banking Transformation Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the corporate lending functional stream within the transformation program, with a focus on ACBS implementation and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Define and design target-state processes across the corporate lending lifecycle, aligning with risk, regulatory, and business objectives.
  • Translate corporate banking requirements into functional ACBS configurations and specifications, collaborating with vendors and IT teams.
  • Perform gap analysis between current-state processes and ACBS capabilities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT, and integration teams to validate solutions and manage dependencies with surrounding systems.
  • Serve as the functional workstream lead, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams, ensuring cohesive delivery.
  • Track workstream deliverables, issues, and dependencies, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support program governance through regular updates, risk/issue management, and preparation of decision papers for steering committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking within the Financial Services industry, with a focus on lending and syndicated loans.
  • Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, functional design, implementation, or support)
  • At least 3 years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval processes, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project coordination, ideally within multi-vendor and multi-country transformation environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
