Job Description:

The Corporate Banking Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Due Diligence teams to obtain KYC checklists and requirements before engaging with corporate customers.
  • Liaise with corporate customers to collect necessary documents for KYC recertification and account setup.
  • Facilitate connections with clients, agencies, external/internal legal counsels on KYC matters.
  • Monitor and track financial covenants.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in responding to inquiries on AML monitoring transactions raised by Compliance and payment operation departments.
  • Assist in seeking exceptional KYC approval.
  • Provide client service support by responding to client inquiries regarding account and loan balances, account activity, statement information, and other details.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline such as finance, business administration, or economics.
