Expert Corporate Banking Transformation Professional

The purpose of this role is to lead the corporate lending functional stream within a transformation program.
This requires deep expertise in Financial Information Services (FIS) Application Control and Business Service (ACBS) to deliver the bank's future-state corporate lending landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring together corporate lending domain knowledge, hands-on ACBS experience, and program coordination capabilities to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions aligned with the transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the corporate lending functional stream within the transformation program.
- Define and design target-state processes across the corporate lending lifecycle.
- Ensure process designs align with risk, regulatory, and business objectives.
- Translate corporate banking requirements into functional ACBS configurations and specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current-state processes and ACBS capabilities.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT, and integration teams to validate solutions and manage dependencies with surrounding systems.
- Serve as the functional workstream lead, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Track workstream deliverables, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking within the Financial Services industry.
- Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, functional design, implementation, or support).
- At least 3 years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval processes, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.
- Demonstrated experience in program/project coordination, ideally within multi-vendor and multi-country transformation environments.
