**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resource and Administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits.
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the organization, including office management, procurement, vendor management, and budget management.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategies.
  • Identify, assess, and hire quality talent for various roles to meet business needs.
  • Create, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOP to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the performance appraisal system and processes.
  • Be the go-to person for all employee-related issues throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Ensure the organization's HR practices adhere to local labor legislation.
  • Develop, enhance, and implement appropriate HR policies, process flow, compensation, and benefits plan, performance management, and career ladder plan.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure the effective rollout of training and development programs.
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as employment law and regulations.
  • Familiar with various types of Career Conversion Programs and Grants for SMEs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • IT savvy, good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, creative, and highly self-motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Disciplined self-starter with a can-do attitude: proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; details-oriented and strong follow-through skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Work experience in start-ups and the ability to work effectively within a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong written and oral English and Chinese.
