Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage employee relations, recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the organization, including office management, procurement, vendor management, and budget management.
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategies.
- Identify, assess, and hire quality talent for various roles to meet business needs.
- Create, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOP to meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and manage the performance appraisal system and processes.
- Be the go-to person for all employee-related issues throughout the employee life cycle.
- Ensure the organization's HR practices adhere to local labor legislation.
- Develop, enhance, and implement appropriate HR policies, process flow, compensation, and benefits plan, performance management, and career ladder plan.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the effective rollout of training and development programs.
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as employment law and regulations.
- Familiar with various types of Career Conversion Programs and Grants for SMEs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- IT savvy, good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Resourceful, creative, and highly self-motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Disciplined self-starter with a can-do attitude: proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; details-oriented and strong follow-through skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Work experience in start-ups and the ability to work effectively within a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and oral English and Chinese.
