The position of Senior Bar Operations Manager is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our luxury boutique hotel group in Singapore.
About The RoleThis key role involves overseeing the daily operations of our bars, including menu management, inventory control, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal customer experience
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control measures
- Solicit feedback from customers and colleagues to enhance operational efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior bar management positions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
