Job Title: Senior Bar Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bar Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of Lobby Bar and Pool Bar, as well as assisting in The Dining Room daily operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, with experience in scheduling staff hours, assigning duties, and monitoring budget and payroll records. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

In addition to their operational responsibilities, the Senior Bar Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and bar facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bar Management: Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a bar, including scheduling staff, assigning duties, and monitoring finances.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
