Job Title

A senior hospitality professional with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills is required to manage our bar operations.

About the Role
  • Assist in daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare drinks according to recipes set by management, maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of beverage items, including their recipes and ingredients.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu changes, including food and beverages, and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, reading and listening to customers to determine their beverage needs.
  • Be observant, detail-oriented, and courteous while ensuring customers have a great experience.
  • Plan and promote drink menus, informing customers about new beverages and specials.
  • Responsible for developing new cocktail recipes and promoting them to customers.
  • Verify customers' identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
  • Ensure all bar mise en place is sufficient for daily operations.
  • Follow procedures for opening and closing daily operations.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Following all policies set by management in areas of food safety, quality standards, workplace safety, security, and hygiene.
