The Bar Operations Manager is responsible for managing staff, inventory, and budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
The following are some key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Evaluate and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the bar area.
- Monitor and uphold compliance with alcohol licensing laws and health regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage budgets, analyze sales data, and control costs.
