Job Title: Bar Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily bar operations with precision, maintaining drinks hygiene standards, and ensuring workplace safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating SOPs as a team, managing stock levels, and optimizing timing to ensure seamless service delivery. They will also assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in bar operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.

Benefits:

  • Starting salary from $3,000 depending on experience.
  • Provided meals and transportation after 12am.
  • Rest day on Monday and Tuesday.
