Job Title: Senior Bar Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bar Operations Manager to lead our bar team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement effective bar operations strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and sales data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a senior role within a similar industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in mixology, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
