**Job Title:** Logistics Specialist

This role involves coordinating and managing the import activities of a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the import activity, liaising with suppliers and related parties, managing import documents, and preparing related documents such as purchase orders and delivery charts.

  • Maintain the import activity, including managing import documents and uploading to IP systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers and related parties to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and manage import documents, including purchase orders and delivery charts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to process emails and related tasks efficiently, PC skills, Word: basic level, Excel: intermediate level, PowerPoint: basic level.
