Regional HR Lead for Luxury Brands

We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR Manager to spearhead HR initiatives and collaborate closely with senior leaders in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.

  • A proven track record in regional HR generalist roles, preferably in fast-paced industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner proactively with regional leadership to identify and address strategic HR and organizational challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support in areas such as employee engagement, recruitment, retention, talent development, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, change management, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage employment legislation and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with global HQ to implement HR projects and contribute to international initiatives.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset and seek ways to maximize HR's impact within the business.
