Pleased to be partnering closely with our client, a globally admired name in the Luxury Retail industry with a strong heritage. This is a dynamic, high-impact HR Business Partner role which will be pivotal in driving HR initiatives in alignment with business goals. With calibrated plans for expansion, this will be a good opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with prior experience within the Retail / Luxury Retail / Hospitality industry to learn and continue developing their HR skill sets within a renowned brand. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore, with regional coverage across key Asia markets. Due to the nature of the role, light to occasional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen frontline capability, and build succession pipelines in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will aim to balance HR operational efficiency with delivering comprehensive HR solutions that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and quality service standards.
With the luxury retail landscape constantly evolving, you will also need to play a key role in supporting change management efforts. Above all, you will champion a positive work culture underpinned by core values of high performance and continuous learning. As part of the role, managing employee relations, performance management and going on the ground to connect with the various staff members to get a pulse on culture and HR issues.
Ideal Profile
As a gauge, the ideal candidate should have about 6 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong foundation in business partnering. Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality or service-centric industries is highly preferred.Regional experience (minimally SG, MY, TH) is an advantage as well. Passion for the retail/luxury retail is also important to ensure long-term success in this role.
