About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, and credibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fintech marketing dynamics and the ability to spot, pitch, and manage influencers who move culture and shape narratives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and onboard fintech/finance influencers across various platforms.

    • Develop a pipeline of thought leaders in payments, fintech, and Web3.

    • Partner with the marketing team to continuously source new KOLs.

  • Campaign Development:

    • Design and execute influencer campaigns that meet business objectives.

    • Balance creative content with serious thought leadership.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Own end-to-end influencer relationships.

    • Coordinate across product, marketing, and leadership to ensure influencer campaigns map to business goals.

  • Performance & ROI:

    • Define KPIs for influencer campaigns.

    • Build reporting dashboards to track performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing or partnerships, ideally with fintechs, neobanks, or consumer tech apps.
