Senior Cloud and Emerging Technologies Content Development and Enablement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud and Emerging Technologies Content Development and Enablement Manager to join our Oracle Customer Success Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enabling content that supports the adoption and success of Oracle's Customer Success Services among our Oracle customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content development strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of Oracle's Customer Success Service.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including customer success stories, sales guides, call guides, training materials, demo videos, and other content formats to facilitate Customer Success Services adoption and ongoing customer success for partner use.
  • Design and develop enablement programs and resources, including training materials, playbooks, and knowledge bases, to support Oracle's Customer Success teams in effectively guiding customers through the adoption and usage of Oracle's complete lifecycle of services.
  • Collaborate with Oracle's Customer Success teams and gather customer insights, success stories, and feedback to create compelling content that highlights the value and impact of Oracle and Oracle Partner services.
  • Optimize content for clarity, relevance, and ease of consumption, ensuring it aligns with Oracle's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content and enablement programs using analytics tools and metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing data-driven optimizations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in content development, or enablement, preferably with Cloud and emerging technology industry.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey complex concepts.
  • Proven skills in conveying complex content into strong messaging through PowerPoint.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle's Cloud offerings, functionality, and integration capabilities.
  • Enablement expertise: Experience designing and delivering enablement programs, training materials, and resources for customer success teams.
  • Stakeholder management: Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Analytical thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Customer-centric approach: Passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to empathize with customer needs and challenges.
  • Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
