Strategic Marketing Leader

As a senior marketing professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic relationship management, business development, and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with major telecom operators, internet companies, and corporate headquarters to drive multi-dimensional business synergies and strategic collaborations.
    • Expand a senior-level network with international and local companies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Business Development and Market Strategy
    • Formulate and execute cross-border business expansion strategies, leading market development for network and communication projects.
    • Identify and promote new business opportunities and cooperation projects in IDC, network infrastructure, cloud computing, and IoT.
    • Review, analyze, and gain an in-depth understanding of business, industry, and regulatory trends to provide strategic guidance, analysis, and insights.
  • Project Management and Execution
    • Oversee major ICT and network communication projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation and business negotiations to delivery.
    • Monitor the implementation progress of IDC operations and network communication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Lead multinational and cross-departmental teams, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve project and business objectives.
    • Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall execution capability and professional competence.
  • Industry Insights and Strategic Planning
    • Continuously track global and regional trends in network communications, IDC, and cloud computing, providing regular strategic analysis and recommendations.
    • Participate in formulating the company's medium- and long-term development strategies for Singapore, overseas, and corporate headquarters markets.
