Airport Network Manager

This role focuses on managing the network's operations, ensuring seamless airport operations for passengers and cargo.
About the Role
The purpose of this position is to oversee the management of network operations, encompassing performance, OKRs, and operational processes. This involves developing and planning for future growth, implementing commercial plans for revenue competitiveness, and ensuring regulatory compliance, safety standards, customer service standards, cost efficiencies, and sustainability through digitalization and streamlined work processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Plan for Future Readiness: Create strategic plans for network growth, focusing on optimizing resources and minimizing risks.
- Network Support: Provide assistance and support within the Airline Operations Manuals (AOMs) to ensure smooth network operations.
- Commercial Planning: Support the development and implementation of commercial plans aimed at enhancing revenue competitiveness.
- Operational Process Oversight: Monitor and propose areas of improvement at the station level to maintain regulatory compliance, safety standards, customer service standards, cost efficiencies, and sustainability.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with overseas service partners and agencies to optimize operation efficiency and effectiveness.
