We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Airport Operations Manager focused on enhancing the departure experience for passengers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of the departure process, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey for travelers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational Oversight
- Manage and coordinate all departure-related operations, including check-in, security screening, transfer and boarding management.
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams and multiple agencies to ensure timely and seamless execution of departure processes.
- Conduct in-depth and insightful analysis to drive and shape desired operational and policy outcomes.
- Team Leadership
- Deputy team lead role to provide operational and strategic guidance to team mates, motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment**.**
- Passenger Experience Management
- Identify opportunities for improving the overall departure experience for passengers.
- Implement strategies to minimise wait times, enhance communication, and positively surprise our passengers.
- Analyse passenger and ground feedback and implement continuous improvements based on insights gained.
- Collaboration
- Key airline account management for terminal operations, playing a crucial role in supporting airlines’ growth in Changi.
- Closely collaborate with airline, ground handling services, security, airport IT partners and airport authorities to continuously improve and enhance Changi’s departure processes.
- Technology Integration
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in airport operations. Trial, assess and implement relevant technologies to improve touchpoints’ efficiency and passenger experience.
- Oversee the integration and operationalisation of departure-related systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Good degree in any discipline. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proactive, positive, and resilient attitude to tackling challenges
- Strong written and oral presentation and storytelling skills
