Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building strong relationships and driving results? We are seeking passionate individuals to join the Strategic Sourcing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing budgets, procurement, and financial processes. You will also develop business models and cost management strategies. Additionally, you will be the key change agent for streamlining work processes and operationalizing new financial and procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing measures to meet business needs and financial targets.
Cost Management:
Analyze spend data and develop business models to optimize procurement and reduce operational costs.
Process Improvement:
Act as a key agent for change, identifying opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and operationalize new financial initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements and ensure sourcing strategies align with overall business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge and/or experience in business, accountancy, and/or budget management is advantageous
