To lead such change, this role will:
- Focus on pursuing strategic and sizeable Creative Service Line Singapore-led client opportunities in partnership with leaders and practitioners across our Service Line, and outside of it for more integrated opportunities.
- Service both existing and new large opportunity clients; including supporting our Singapore and APAC Solutions team.
- Focus on winning, structure and process, while delivering a healthier pipeline of strategic opportunities, supporting delivery throughout the pitch process and ultimately driving revenue for the Service Line, aligned to the MSS.
- Support building a community of a new business specialists across Strategy, Creative, Content, Account Management, Experience Design, Technology, PM, HR and Finance through a teaming platform
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to establish and operate a growth practice, setting the growth strategy for the Creative Service Line in Singapore.
- Achieve business results by collaborating with business leaders and practitioners in Singapore and across APAC
- Establish and execute the growth strategy focused on new logo and cross/up-sell to existing clients
- Oversee demand generation, account growth planning and proactive targeting strategy for driving pipeline volume
- Manage a large pipeline of deal flow and enforces adherence to the standard growth methodology
- Develop and leverage strong working relationships with leadership to align on targeted services, strong value propositions, pricing, process and support structure to drive growth
- P&L ownership for sales and subsequent tools and support required to generate and win new business
- Ensure coordination with Service Lines and Alliance Partnerships to grow company revenue
- Lead and develop a high performing Growth focused team
Key Accountabilities
Commercial Edge
- In collaboration with the Creative Service Line CEO, design a plan to seize new business opportunities and achieve annual targets. Track, measure and communicate progress against these.
- The plan could specify key areas of opportunity (industry sector) and size of client and set a minimum number of chemistry meetings to be secured, with a target of a number to convert
- Coach teams to work collaboratively with Strategy, Planning and Specialist teams to deliver innovative, ambitious and differentiated pitch presentations. Ensuring that:
o Pitch teams have innovative future focused ‘story credits’ and marketing tools that enable them to sell Creative Service Line’s solutions
o The right pitch team is united to deliver outstanding, creative ideas that are uniquely dentsu and deliver clients objectives
o Pitch fee structure that can deliver profitability/ROI targets
- Build prospect pipeline and continuously strive to identify and convert target prospects that extend brand reputation, build profitable relationships
- Proactively build credible relationships across dentsu to identify and action cross selling opportunities that maximise income

- Unite with business leadership teams and other specialists to identify, set targets and action new business development opportunities across existing and potential clients
