Electronics Sector Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Sector Leader to build and maintain strong relationships with companies across the sector.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and mentor a team of officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify relevant capabilities that can be commercialized or co-developed with the private sector.
  • Champion the commercialization of research by structuring industry-research partnerships, licensing opportunities, or spin-offs.
  • Collaborate with key external stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of the Electronics sector in Singapore.

Requirements
  • PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Material Engineering or related field.
  • Masters Degree with several years of experience will also be considered.
  • 7-years of experience in the electronics space, with 3-years of leadership/business development/strategic planning experience.

Candidates should have strong communication skills (oral and written) and a proven history of influencing key decision makers and stakeholders.
