Responsibilities:
Lead a sales team to develop, decompose, and execute sales plans in accordance with the company's annual international trade sales objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Personally drive revenue by prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts.
Proactively identify, develop, and nurture new sales opportunities within your existing relationships.
Collaborate with the internal team (sourcing team, warehouse, and logistics team).
Reporting to Vice President in sales business management
Requirements:
Min degree or above
Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of leading a team
Direct experience in the ASEAN market and with customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with risk management capabilities.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
