Regional Sales Manager (Industrial 5G Enterprise Solutions). We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record with deep understanding of B2B tech/enterprise sales in international markets. Responsibilities
Drive new business development and revenue growth in the assigned region. Experience in B2B overseas sales in telecommunications field or B2B sales experience in terminal product, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, industrial robots, etc.
Maintain and develop an existing client base, with deep knowledge of industry sales strategies and techniques.
Familiarity with LTE 4G private network, 5G private network, or WIFI private network solutions is a plus.
Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams to craft customized solutions. Represent the company in solution selling, proposals, and negotiations.
Provide strategic insights on regional market trends and competitor movements.
Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years' experience in international B2B solution sales, preferably with telecom/ICT firms like Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia, etc.
Proven experience managing high-value accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Experience working across cultures and time zones.
Self-starter with high integrity and strong execution mindset.
Overseas travel is required.
