Job Description

  • Drive Business Growth - Expand and maintain the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies across key markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and South Korea.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, lubricants, and plastics.
  • Sales Network Development - Establish and manage an indirect sales network by selecting and overseeing agents and distributors in the region. Manage projects with end-users when opportunities arise.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting - Gather customer and market insights, monitor competitor activities, and provide sales reports, quotations, and CRM updates to support business decisions.
  • Strategic Sales Execution - Conduct customer visits, implement sales tactics aligned with business strategies, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting to drive regional revenue growth.
