Job Summary
The position of Senior Electronics Development Manager is responsible for leading the development of complex electronic components. This involves providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure successful integration and development of these components at the board level.

About the Team
The electronics team works closely with other engineering disciplines, such as systems, mechanical, and software, as well as departments like product management, global supplier alliance, quality, regulatory, medical affairs, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for electronic designs aligned with business priorities.

  • Develop new products that could generate hundreds of millions in revenue.
  • Optimize analysis, testing, review, certification, and documentation of new electronic designs.
  • Ensure successful transition of electronic designs to prototypes and volume production at contract manufacturers.
  • Coordinate problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis, solution design, and validation.
  • Anticipate team challenges and implement proactive measures to mitigate project risks.
  • Engage with team members across the organization to ensure robust and optimized working methods and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:
An Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent, with extensive knowledge of electronic components and design technologies.
Significant experience in a product development environment creating high-quality, volume products.
