**Job Title: Senior/Sales Manager (based in Singapore)
**What You'll Do (Responsibilities and Duties)**:
- Lead a sales team to develop, decompose, and execute sales plans in accordance with the company's annual international trade sales objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Personally drive revenue by prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts.
- Proactively identify, develop, and nurture new sales opportunities in spot buy, excess inventory, PPV within your existing relationships.
- Collaborate with the internal team (sourcing team, warehouse, and logistics team).
- Assist the General Manager in sales business management and contribute to the establishment of a sales management system.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary.
**About You (Requirements)**:
- Diploma's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience, and preferably experience in team building.
- Background from the top 50 distribution industry companies will be advantageous.
- Direct experience in the ASEAN market and with customers is essential. Experience in the Indian market is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking ability and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with risk management capabilities.
