We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing and Commercial Specialist to contribute to our team's success. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong marketing experience, and a passion for driving business growth and brand visibility.
Main Responsibilities:- Create development and launch strategies for new products, including market research, business plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives by working on information gathering, communications, reporting, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
- Act as a brand ambassador by upholding and promoting brand values, ensuring consistency in messaging, and strengthening the Group's identity across all platforms and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to amplify leadership and digital presence and visibility.
- Collaborate with Heads of Business Units to plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing revenue streams and enhancing brand awareness.
- Support lead generation efforts through digital campaigns, events, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Ensure the website and digital content are optimized for search engines.
- Analyze competitors' marketing activities and develop strategies to position the company competitively.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, commercial communications, or business development.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, customer engagement capabilities, creative and strategic thinking, branding, messaging, and public positioning.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
