Senior Commercial Brand Strategist

The Commercial Development Manager is a key role within the Business Development Team in APAC, responsible for driving brand strategy and commercial execution for MHWE brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Growth: Collaborate with the BDD and Markets to implement strategies that build business development for MHWE brands.
- Stock Supply & Demand Management: Support the BDD in working closely with the MHAP Supply Team, MHWE Central and Maison Supply Teams on stock allocations, supply and demand analysis.
- Commercial Excellence & Business Analysis: Support the BDD with commercial analysis and presentation development to conduct regular business reviews for Markets and Maisons.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Supporting Markets and Maison with general enquiries, managing sharing of best practice activities, and ensuring markets are updated and equipped with relevant Maison brand developments.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a business/ university degree, proficient wine knowledge (min WSET level 2), and a minimum of 3 years working in the wines & spirits industry. They should also possess strong analytical, reporting, and presentation development skills, experience in stock management, supply, and demand, as well as proven business acumen with a strategic mindset.
