Job Title:
Senior Brand Strategist

Job Description:

The Senior Brand Strategist will lead the development and execution of brand, trade, and retail marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals.

Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end campaign planning, product launches, and category growth initiatives. The successful candidate will also direct customer loyalty, CRM, and retention programs to strengthen customer lifetime value.

A strong leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is required to cultivate and lead a high-performing team that demonstrates creativity, accountability, and integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with commercial goals.

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, including product launches and category growth initiatives.

Customer Engagement and Retention

  • Direct customer loyalty, CRM, and retention programs to strengthen customer lifetime value.

Team Development and Leadership

  • Cultivate and lead a high-performing team that demonstrates creativity, accountability, and integrity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven success in brand management, digital marketing, CRM, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to link consumer insights to business impact.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills; track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multinational company background, preferably with experience in TCM, Chinese Proprietary Medicine (CPM), health supplements, FMCG, medicinal products, or beauty and personal care industries.
