**Content & Brand Strategist (Full Time)**

Join us, the team behind **Performance Pickleball**as our full-time **Content & Brand Strategist**. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead content, marketing, and branding efforts across digital and in-person platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media & Content**:Plan, execute, and oversee social media, blog, and SEO content. Lead campaigns, direct filming/editing, and manage posting schedules.
- **Branding & Strategy**:Develop brand voice, content direction, and creative campaigns across multiple platforms and brands under Maverick Grp.
- **Community & Influencer Engagement**:Foster relationships with members, influencers, and partners to grow the brand organically.
- **Performance & Ads**:Track content performance, run social media ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), and refine strategies for engagement and conversion.
- **Events & Activations**:Support event planning, ensure social media integration, and produce post-event content.
- **On-Ground Engagement**:Assist with guest experience and operations during shifts to stay immersed in the community you're marketing to.
