As a Brand Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client's brand and leading impactful campaigns that integrate traditional and digital strategies.

This full-time position requires working on-site, contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to the fast-paced world of Branding and Advertising.

Your responsibilities include conducting market research to support sales and business growth, devising marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, managing marketing strategies encompassing branding and campaign progress, overseeing marketing plans across digital and offline platforms, nurturing public and client relationships, maintaining the brand's social media presence, monitoring online trends, managing content and performance on various digital platforms, tracking marketing KPIs, improving user experience on the company website, developing brand identity and product messaging, liaising effectively with the public, clients, and internal teams, and collaborating closely with creative, sales, and project teams.

To qualify for this role, you must hold an MBA or PG in Marketing, possess at least 4 years of experience in Marketing roles, and have expertise in branding, retail, advertising, or BTL / VM.

Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills are essential. A creative mindset, proactive approach, and attention to detail are highly valued attributes.
