Job Summary:
  • Drive business growth by developing and executing trade marketing strategies and sales plans that deliver distribution gains, market share, and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate brand visibility and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to align brand strategies with channel opportunities, promoting strong execution and results-driven performance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory flow with the purchasing team to prevent stockouts and ensure continuous sales performance.
  • Analyse monthly brand and sales performance reports, highlighting key results, trade spend efficiency, and ROI on campaigns.
  • Develop and execute trade promotions and activation plans to maximize sell-through, shopper conversion, and incremental sales uplift.
  • Manage promotional funds with a focus on generating sales growth and measurable returns.
  • Partner with brand stakeholders to align on sales targets, joint business plans, and growth strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods.
  • Knowledge of retail and trade channels, with hands-on experience in promotions and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
